Espèces invasives et dynamiques éco-évolutives dans les écosystèmes insulaires polynésiens

Je cherche à mieux comprendre les processus qui ont façonné la biodiversité actuelle et affectent les réponses des organismes aux changements environnementaux. Travaillant à l’interface entre biologie évolutive, écologie comportementale, écologie fonctionnelle et biologie de la conservation, j’utilise aussi bien des approches de terrain et expérimentales que des analyses comparatives à échelle macro.

La plupart de mes projets de terrain se concentrent sur les espèces, communautés et écosystèmes terrestres de Polynésie française, tout en prenant également en compte la connectivité terre-mer, c’est-à-dire comment les changements d’un système peuvent affecter l’autre.
